Any analytical data taken from our website is used solely by A Class Kitchens of Bedford LTD to analyse and improve our business.

Personal information provided via our contact form is transferred on to our quoting system, mailchimp email newsletter list and our outlook account. This is in order for us to arrange visits, send out occasional email newsletters and updates and provide customers with a quote. Our customers details are also added to our accounting software and we create a paper file for each customer which is stored in a locked file within our head office. The paper file is stored for the duration of our customer guarantee.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Additional information

How we protect your data.

We upload your personal information on to our quoting system, which is password protected and create a customer file on our computer, via our Dropbox folder, for each person that we create a design or quote for. Customers that purchase a kitchen from us will also have their personal details transferred on to our accounting software for invoicing. The accounting software also uses a password to gain access. Paper files that are created for each customer, are stored in a locked filing cabinet in the head office. These files are kept for reference due to the guarantee provided on each kitchen sold. The customer file will contain a signed contract, as well as various fitting details and order schedules. Each customer file is kept for the duration of their guarantee.

Our electronic files are all only available to employees and subcontractors that work on behalf of A Class Kitchens of Bedford.
